DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We inject personality and character into our interiors by approaching each project with a fresh outlook. Having developed outstanding knowledge of a diverse variety of styles, we enjoy combining and fusing together elements to create strong and thought provoking interiors.
Proposals are put together with the client’s budget and time constraints in mind. Concept presentations for each room is proposed to engage the colour palette, furniture, lighting, floor plans along with finishes and fabrics.

Window dressing and soft furnishings

We work collaboratively with artisans to provide a full curtain making and soft furnishing service. We talk you through the best strategy and work with our professional teams to deliver and install.
Bespoke furniture and joinery

Working with the client we can design bespoke furniture, rugs or source off the shelf items with a shorter lead-time to suit the client and the space.

FEE'S
At The Collectives each project starts with an open dialogue between designer and client.
Fee’s vary according to the scope of works therefore, after our free consultation we generate a detailed quote outlining how much design time and resource is anticipated on your project.
The Collectives interior design fee covers the sourcing of the furniture, fixtures and fittings, soft finishes from wall-coverings to fabrics, hard finishes from floor to joinery finishes and all relevant samples.
We always strive to work within the budget agreed by the client.
